Piccies And News

Hey All, I don’t have a card today but I do have some news that you might be interested in and some piccies from my week’s staycation!

Been relaxing over the last week as a run up to my birthday, well the longer you can legitimately stretch it out the better in my reckoning! Thank you all for your lovely Birthday greetings, you are all wonderful!

Well, just thought I would share a couple of photos from my staycation with you all. Firstly here is a piccy of one of the window displays at the Selfridges’ Wonder room – a room with products themed on the recently release of a film that I’m sure you all have heard about – yep Alice in Wonderland! 🙂

Secondly here are some photos from the Snow Centre at Hemel Hempstead where David and I spent a very fun afternoon. David was snowboarding and I was watching!

Ok so I am a wus! I tried skiing once, I spent most of the time sliding down hills on my butt! But I did feel like I had earnt the hot chocolate that came after it. Our next visit to the centre I’m thinking I will have a go at snowboarding…er…maybe…

So I’ve made you wait this long for the news but hopefully it was worth the wait 🙂

Well I thought you might like to know that Elaine has set up a new Quixotic Paperie Blog which has all the DT makes and news about new products and offers on their way 🙂

Also Emily has another weekend of free P&P on at Make The Day Special and {Ippity} Inspirations to celebrate some new rubber in the house.

Have a lovely weekend

Kim

Sorry I missed wishing you on your birthday. Hope you had loads of fun Kim. These pics of the snow are amazing for us snow-starved South Africans. As you know, we don't get any here – just rain and gale force winds in winter. So, it's a real treat seeing all these picturesque pics. Thanks for sharing. Hugs from down South, Sharon

  8. I don't blame you for dragging your birthday out for as long as you could !!! Looks like you had a lovely staycation. Funny enough Jon went into Selfridges in Birmingham yesterday and bought some donuts – I won't even breathe how much they cost him !!! He said it was a special Mum's day present – men hey ?!!

I was looking at the snow centre earlier in the year – looks fantastic fun. Yeah, you should have had a go !

Take care and have a great week hunny pie !

You know its only 12 days til I miss ya ? Won't be the same "sniff" "sniff"

    Huge hugs,

    Jo xxx
